Sandbox

A mpk_test_... sandbox key works exactly like a production key, against the same calculation engine and the same statutory rates — there’s no simulator to configure, because there’s nothing stateful to isolate. The only difference between sandbox and production is billing: sandbox usage is metered the same way but never billed, and a sandbox-only developer account needs no payment. Self-serve signup is coming to this site — until then, get API keys and we’ll set one up for you.

This is simpler than the e-Faktura API’s sandbox, which has to isolate real UJP test submissions from production ones. The Payroll API doesn’t submit anything to UJP at all — see МПИН, е-ППД and ПДД-ГИ files — so there’s no external system to keep sandbox traffic away from.
